Get to Know True Magic Goldens
Our most senior girl is Diamond, or Charms Debear Diamond Winter Engagement. Diamond highlights all the wonderful characteristics of a Golden. She is sweet, sensitive, and loving with beautiful features. She was an exceptional mother to her puppies, barely leaving them in the first few weeks while exhibiting the patience of a saint as they chewed and climbed all over her. She has beautiful movement and just glided around the show ring. True beauty and grace in action. Diamond is retired from showing and motherhood. She is currently living the good life running the show here at home!

Bourbon is our middle child, so to speak. She is now retired from showing and breeding and lives the life of a princess. She had two (2) wonderful litters and was an exceptional mother to her babies. She graduated top of her puppy obedience class! Although she is four, she still has a lot of puppy in her. She's extremely sweet, full of life always bouncing around the yard. Bourbon loves everyone and everything, except maybe getting in the car. She's a happy go lucky girl who's a nice big girl (within the breed standard) with a soulful expression in her eyes. She had absolutely beautiful puppies, including our girl, Sable, with Am CH K-Jen's N Charms Tis My Favorite Cappuccino Blend. Sable is a real beauty. Before the world shut down, she achieved her Puppy of Achievement award from AKC. We hope to have her tested for her Canine Good Citizen certificate and Trick Dog title shortly. She will be the next one bred once she has all her clearances and turns two years old. Fingers and paws crossed all goes well!

We also strongly consider the faults of the breeding partners in an objective manner to ensure we are not increasing the chances of repeating or emphasizing any faults in the breeding process. Our objective is to improve the quality of the breed and reduce heredity health issues as much as possible in an effort to improve Golden Retrievers as a breed, not simply to breed dogs.
Before you purchase a Golden Retriever puppy whether from us or another breeder, we ask that you do some research on the breed to make sure they fit your lifestyle. Goldens do shed and need regular exercise. Be honest with yourself, are you ready to commit 14 to 15 years to care for your puppy? (Our sale contracts require that if you can't keep your puppy for whatever reason during their life, they come back to me, no questions asked.) Do you have the time to train your puppy? Can you truly afford to care for the puppy and any emergencies that might develop? Believe me, they do come up. If there is any doubt, please, for the puppies sake, don't buy a puppy. As I said, they are our babies and we expect them to be the same to you.
